Mount Logan Capital Inc. Reports Results of Election of Directors

/EIN News/ -- TORONTO, June 18, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mount Logan Capital Inc. (Cboe Canada: MLC) (“Mount Logan,” “our,” “we,” or the “Company”) announced that at the annual meeting of shareholders held on June 18, 2025 (the “Meeting”), each of the six nominees listed in the management information circular dated May 13, 2025 (the “Circular”) were elected as directors of the Company. A total of 31,979,130 votes or 55.78% of Mount Logan’s issued and outstanding common shares were voted in connection with the Meeting. The detailed results of the vote for each of the six elected directors are set out below.

In addition, shareholders approved the re-appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as auditor.
